TRANSITION YEAR 2012 Our TY Programme has kicked into life for 2012-13. The two TY classes have started their self-defence and swimming modules on a Tuesday morning. Enterprise is already in the air with many students working on their projects with the Christmas market in mind. Beautiful crafts are in the making to the same high standard that we have come to expect from the Transition year classes under the creative direction of Mrs O Toole. Can’t reveal yet any more details on their work but watch this space!
Last Wednesday all the TY students, accompanied by Mrs Breen and Mrs Scully
visited Glendalough for their Retreat . In this beautiful valley of St Kevin which lies deep in the Wicklow Mountains they had time to walk and enjoy the lovely weather and the spectacular scenery as they reflected on their Journey of Faith.
